نُشر له قرابة الثلاثة عشر كتابًا، أشهرها هي سلسلة “مواده المظلمة” التي تُعد واحدة من أهم سلاسل الفانتازيا في تاريخ الأدب، والتي قرأها الملايين في كل أنحاء العالم، وتترجمها حاليًا دار التنوير للغة العربية لأول مرة.

تحوّل الجزء الأول منها إلى فيلم سينمائي، كما تحوّلت السلسلة مؤخرًا إلى مسلسل تلفزيوني من إنتاج BBC
