The Little Prince By Antoine de Saint-Exupéry ... Throughout their friendship, the little prince describes the planets he visited before embarking upon Earth. The characters he meets are all engulfed in their own lives and have no time for anything but their chosen occupations. The prince’s interactions with these adults leave him disheartened since he is unable to understand them. On Earth, the prince meets with a wise fox who gives him invaluable advice. This advice makes him rethink his decisions, and he decides to leave.

طيار وكاتب فرنسي، ولد في التاسع والعشرين من حزيران عام 1900 في مدينة ليون.تعتبر قصته التعبيرية المشهورة « الأمير الصغير » من أشهر قصص أدب الأطفال في العالم. ومن أعماله الروائية الأخرى: « أرض الرجال » (1939) و« طيّار الحرب » (1941). حاول في رواياته أن يعثر على معاني كل سلوكيات مجتمعه وأن يحلل القيم الأخلاقية في أوساطه كمجتمع عصري ومتحول بسبب التقنية الحديثة، وكان يتذمر من اللاأخلاقيات.
