Dr. Richard has peer-reviewed publications on the topics of ASMR, inflammation, pregnancy, contraception, glycobiology, cell cycle regulation, pharmacogenomics, and the use of technology in education. Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is his newest area of research. He is the coordinator of the ASMR Research Project, co-author of the first fMRI study of brain activity during ASMR, and he's the author of the 2018 book "Brain Tingles: The Secret to Triggering Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response for Improved Sleep, Stress Relief, and Head-to-Toe Euphoria."
